Our half-day morning movement camp for girls and boys ages 4–14 is packed with fun and skill building! Campers will explore gymnastics basics, flipping, and tumbling while enjoying a mix of physical activities, games, and friendly contests. Each day features elements from our core programs — gymnastics, tumbling, ninja warrior, fitness, and dance parties — all tailored by age and ability.

Campers will jump, swing, and build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Groups are organized daily by age and skill level. For our Mini Movers (ages 4–5), a small arts and crafts project is included each day.

All campers must bring a re-sealable drink. Our 2.5-hour part day morning movement camp is held in Training Center #2!

Roll, flip, and fly!

Our tumble day camp is for girls and boys ages 5-14.

This camp focuses on gymnastics fundamentals and tumbling progressions. Campers will train on the tumble track, trampolines, spring floor, and various mats to advance their skills. All levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—are welcome. Skills include rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, aerials, handsprings, tucks, layouts, and twists (cartwheel required). Groups are arranged daily by age and ability. Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and anyone who loves to tumble!

All campers must bring a re-sealable drink. Our 2-hour part day tumble camp is held in Training Center #2!

Flip, climb, jump, and soar!

Our Ninja Day Camp, designed for boys and girls ages 5–11, offers an exciting mix of skill-building, movement, and fun. Whether your child is a beginner or an intermediate ninja, our experienced coaches will guide them through drills and exercises that build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Campers will train on state-of-the-art equipment, including tumble tracks, trampolines, warped walls, and climbing apparatus, while learning essential ninja skills like dive rolls, flips, swings, jumps, and tricks. Small group instruction ensures personalized attention, and campers are grouped by age and ability to create a safe, supportive, and challenging environment.
