This invitation-only program is specially designed for ambitious athletes, aged 2–9 years old, who demonstrate the potential to master gymnastics skills quickly and efficiently.

What the Pre-Team Program Offers:

• Accelerated Development: We focus on rapidly advancing motor skills and basic gymnastics fundamentals.
• Expert Training: Your child will train with our top coaches and teammates, learning proper technique and formon all four apparatus.
• Pathway to Competition: The program strictly follows USAG and USAIGC guidelines, preparing athletes to meet the physical and mental demands of competitive gymnastics.
• Clear Goals: Pre-Team gymnasts work toward specific goals throughout the year, striving to advance into our full competitive teams.
