Aeon’s fitness experience is specifically, carefully, and safely designed to enhance personal accomplishment, motor ability, flexibility, cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, agility, hand-eye coordination, and balance. Aeon believes fitness preparation at a young age makes for a lifetime of health and success. Our goal is to give students a motivational experience for a positive fitness outlook.
Aeon’s Sport Conditioning is designed for young athletes seeking a full body conditioning workout. This class encompasses proper stretching techniques, agility ladders, plyometrics, core strength exercises, and specific muscular strength and endurance goals. Athletes of all sports benefit from additional conditioning. This 60 minute class for ages 10-16 is carefully designed by an experienced and qualified strength and conditioning coach.
Personalized fitness training is offered to meet our students various individual goals. Boys and girls will meet with a certified personal trainer for a 30 or 60 minute lesson. A one-on-one lesson or a lesson with up to three students to one trainer can be requested. Please call for details.
These classes are designed for specific team needs. Teams work with our in-house conditioning coach to enhance specific goals. Such goals may include: muscular strength, speed, quickness and plyometric buidling, flexibility, and core stability.
Aeon’ s Fitness Cardio and Dance Studio
Aeon’s Fitness Fever studio is designed just for youth! In our exhilarating cardio room, children receive a one-of-a-kind movement experience. Aeon’s Fitness Fever classes are specifically designed with routines to enhance the essential fitness components of cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. These 45 minute classes are provided with one instructor and may have an assistant. Class size ranges from 3-25 students. These classes are located in our designated studio equipped with all essentials such as sound systems, dimmed and colored lighting, proper flooring and walls, mirrors, and space. Aeon’s high-energy Fitness Fever classes are age and level appropriate.
This 45 minutes class is designed to enhance flexibility to increase performance in a variety of athletics. In a relaxed environment an experienced and qualified flexibility coach works with the students to increase their individual flexibility. This class is for ages 7-18.
These classes are designed for high energy movement fun! On indoor stationary spin bikes, teens and tweens are instructed through the ultimate biking experience with exhilarating lighting and sound. This cycling workout can be modified for beginners and advanced spin students.
